Nathan is Marcia’s youngest son. Marcia remembers bringing him to work with her as a wee little one (does anyone remember seeing him toddling around?). If you ask Nathan, his role at The SpringHouse began his junior year in high school. He quickly found his home was in the kitchen where he could let his creativity take over.

To Nathan, his role at The SpringHouse is more than just a job. He loves working alongside his family and, for Nathan, his coworkers are a part of his family. He appreciates each of his coworkers (some that have watched him grow up!) and attributes a lot of his own personal growth to their influence in his life.

By nature, Nathan is a servant-hearted leader. His love for The SpringHouse and his coworkers is evident in everything he does. He is constantly working to improve The SpringHouse and bring new and fresh ideas to the table. He is the “man-with-a-plan,” always working to find the most efficient ways to tackle the job at hand while simultaneously lifting up and inspiring his coworkers.

For many, the holidays may look like being bundled up on the couch or taking some time off work to celebrate. Life is quite the opposite for Nathan. He loves all those busy, busy days leading up to the holidays where he gets to work closely with his crew. As he and his team work to prepare all of the food for our catered events, deliveries, and holiday pickups, they all get a chance to grow closer together. Nathan values that time with his coworkers and always loves the feeling of accomplishment when they can all look back and see the work they have done. He is so proud of what his family has created and grown and he is excited to be a part of the 3rd generation of this family business.
